We loved the vintage feel of this hotel and the charming France-style old house. The gardens were beautiful, and the receptionists were lovely and helpful. The hotel also had a unique and charming atmosphere that is rare to find in this city. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a charming room and appreciated the hotel's location in a huge park cut by a large avenue. The staff members were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel is nice. Interesting design. Good location - 20 minutes walk to the lake, or 15-20 minutes by car to the city center. The friendly staff at the front desk, ready to help.
Many things do not work! Does not accept the card. In the bathroom everything flows - shower, bath, sink. The rooms have no soundproofing! Hear every step of the corridor and the rooms above. For breakfast service slow - we waited for the eggs for 30 minutes.

Staff needs to improve their English and pay more attentions to the non-local tourists. Most of the staff in restaurant only take care of the local tourists instead. Rooms / Villa to be renovated as most of them are very old and deteriorated.

The gardens were an absolute delight to walk through and relax in after a long day of meetings. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient, with several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The room we stayed in had a few issues, including a leaky showerhead and outdated furnishings. The breakfast options were also quite limited and lacked variety.

We recently visited a resort tucked away on a scenic hill surrounded by a large park area. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the center of town and the bustling Dalat market. We were impressed with the magnificent architecture of the old French villas, decorated with antique pieces and the service staff were friendly and attentive. the rooms were spacious, with modern bathrooms and a great view of the gardens. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided every morning, and the variety of amenities available such as the beautiful garden and two lovely receptionists.
There was an issue with the toilet amenities that need to improve.

Spending Christmas here was a great decision. We loved the spacious rooms that had a bathtub, and the staff was super friendly and gave us lots of helpful info about the nearby attractions. Plus, the location was perfect as it was easy to access the city center and still maintain a peaceful environment. Another great thing was the presence of heaters in each room which kept us warm during the chilly Christmas nights.
There were a few things that could have been better. the breakfast served was not very appetizing and the options were quite limited.
